A couple of guys wearing black caps and black backpacks, (no, it's not me, promise,) have been spotted on camera stealing bicycles from CSU. Authorities encourage students to use reliable U-Locks on their bicycles to prevent thefts like these, but in the meantime you can check out pictures of these guys and see if you happen to recognize them here.
