This thing looks straight outta Dubai. A developer has submitted a proposal to build what would become Denver's highest building, an 81-foot skyscraper downtown on the corner of 17th and California where a parking lot sits now. The thing would be filled with a hotel, residential and retail spaces. Oh, and it looks really cool. Check out the full story here.
