According to the Greeley police department's daily log, dispatch received a call at 10:30 late last year about a man holding a "tattoo party," which is illegal. What's more, the man holding the party was described as having a "ZZ Top beard." At least the concerned citizen has good taste in music, and may have quite possibly saved a bunch of people a bunch of hepatitis. Check out the full story here.
