Don't Like Seatbelts? You Won't Like This Proposed Bill

While it's not a major election year, there are a bunch of things that are going on the ballot to be voted on this year, including whether or not driving without a seatbelt should be a reason to get pulled over. Right now, riding dirty without a seatbelt is only going to get you in trouble if you've already been pulled over for something else.
