Spike TV is Going Away

Well this just broke my heart. Apparently, the quintessential "man" TV network Spike TV will soon be a thing of the past. If my memory serves me correctly, Spike rose from the ashes of TNN, The Nashville Network, which was about as much fun as a root canal. However, when Spike was launched, a young Nate had immediately found his new favorite channel. Whether it was UFC fights, tough guy movies, or my favorite, "Most Extreme Elimination Challenge," Spike always had something on that I wouldn't be embarrassed watching if my buddies walked in. Anyway, it will soon be "The Paramount Network," which sounds like way less fun. RIP
