A popular hiking destination in Colorado is about to become somewhat exclusive. Hanging Lakes just off I 70 near Glenwood Springs has been showing signs of wear in recent years, so in order to protect this natural wonder, the US Forest Service going to be limiting the number of hikers allowed to visit it. The proposed number is 615 hikers per day. Access to the hiking trail may be limited to shuttles only, and you may have to pay a fee to get on a waiting list. Find out more about it HERE.
