Loveland airport takes next step toward new air traffic control tower

Northern Colorado Regional Airport next Monday will finally be receiving access to their remote air traffic control tower. Serving an average of 277 flights a day, currently Loveland's airport traffic is controlled through Denver. After a delay in the certification process due to Covid-19, two year later the certification process for the tower will be underway next week. For more information read here.
