A local Colorado family is looking for support after the passing of their mother, Tin Aye. Tin, a meatpacking department worker at JBS in Greeley, worked with the company for more than 12 years providing for her family. After living in a refugee camp in Thailand, Tin and her family moved to the United States for a better life and better opportunity. After an outbreak at the JBS plant, Tin unfortunately caught COVID-19 and was admitted the ICU shortly after with a more severe case. After a bravely fought battle, Tin regrettably passed away from COVID-19. Tin's family used most of their money to fund the funeral for their mother, but did not have enough for a headstone. If you would like to support Tin's family in this tough time you find more information on how to help here.
