Gibson Guitars to Declare Bankruptcy

This really bums me out. After 116 years of being one of the juggernauts in the guitar industry, Gibson, maker of the legendary Les Paul, is expected to declare bankruptcy. It's a story that I have a difficult time following, as I tend to have about $300 in my savings account at all times, but the company apparently owes hundreds of millions of dollars and is in desperation as the debts become owed. I'm not sure, but I'm hoping that at the very least, I might be able to score an American made Les Paul for, I don't know, $300? Check out the full story here.
