The Goodness food truck, which is very well known in Northern Colorado, was stolen over the Labor Day weekend. After a week of searching and hoping, it has been found.....in Wyoming!
According to the Coloradoan, Goodness owner Michelle Aldrich, someone saw a Facebook post about her missing truck and made contact with her. It was spotted in Rock Springs, about four hours from Fort Collins. She made the drive this past Monday to retrieve it and found that it was still mostly intact. A back window was broken out, only a few items were missing, and it was wet and disheveled inside due to wind and rain. Otherwise, it was in good shape. According to the Coloradoan, Aldrich spent most of yesterday making repairs and replacing what was stolen and plans to be a part of the weekly Fossil Creek Food Truck Rally (Fossil Creek Park on Lemay) today in Fort Collins. Good news for Goodness!
